Develops Predictive Maintenance Program for the department. Interprets, analyses and recommends for action on outcome of the PdM Program. Analyses design, operational and maintenance related problems of Rotating Mechanical Equipment / facility for finding out optimum economical solution. Resolves recurring and chronic Rotating equipment problems to maintain Reliability and maximize the Equipment Availability. Establishes Preventive Maintenance Programs for all rotating equipment. Review of Equipment History (in CMMMS) with the objective to ensure its quality and effective utilization of the available data and prepares Root Cause Failure Analysis, MTBF, Key Performance Indicators etc. Participates actively in Hazop studies, implementation of new projects, design changes and in-house modification jobs from design stage to commissioning. This also, includes developing predictive and preventive maintenance schedules for newly added equipment.
The ideal candidate should be a graduate in Mechanical Engineering with minimum of 8 years experience as Maintenance Mechanical Engineer in Oil Refinery, petrochemical, Power plants or associated Industry with specialized experience on Mechanical Rotating Equipment.
Must be a computer literate and Knowledge and experience of Condition monitoring techniques and analysis of data is compulsory.
Based in Umm Al Nar refinery, the position is for Direct Hire.
Monthly Salary range 8975 Dhs to 11070 Dhs + other Direct Hire benefits.
